Service Representative
Alison Bristol, Service Representative, manages the day-to-day client relationship of large groups of 100 plus lives. She assists clients with benefit questions, claims issues and enrollment or billing issues by conducting open enrollment meetings and individual education sessions.
In the insurance industry since 1986 and with previous experience as a health insurance agent, Alison serves as a resource to clients’ HR departments, reviewing plan coverage and explaining existing or new plan benefits.
