Service Representative
Anne Paulus, Service Representative, provides client support to mid-market groups, and brought three years of industry experience with her when she joined HORAN in January 2008. Offering hands-on customer service, Anne educates clients on existing benefit coverage and eliminates the headache involved by expediting claim issues.
Her previous HR experience enables Anne to better understand the clients’ needs by serving as an advocate for employers and employees when negotiating with carriers.
