Database Manager
Brittany Klems, Database Manager, is responsible for managing and maintaining HORAN's client database systems and for providing training support to the entire company. Brittany effectively managed HORAN’s scanning initiative to create a paperless environment, which improves office efficiency and reduces costs.
As a member of the HORAN client relationship management team, Brittany sets up procedures and protocol to promote consistency and accurate reporting.
