Service Representative
Caren Martin, Service Representative, provides customer service and solutions for claim and billing issues for small-to-large size groups. As a Chartered Benefit Consultant (CBC), Caren conducts enrollment meetings as well as employee education sessions to review plan coverage and explain existing or new plan benefits.
With industry experience since 2005 and her previous position with Humana as a claims customer service representative, Caren understands the carrier’s organization and simplifies the communication process for greater employee understanding.
