Service Representative
Carrie Glandorf, Service Representative and Chartered Benefit Consultant (CBC), joined HORAN in January 2007 and serves as the point of contact for clients with customer service issues or claim resolution problems. Carrie achieves customer satisfaction by regularly holding employee meetings and table-sits, where she is available to educate employees on topics that include wellness, website usage and benefit implementation.
As a member of HORAN’s Innovation Team, Carrie and her team strive to increase company growth and revenue while decreasing expenses by developing innovative ideas and solutions focused on products, services, technology and operations.
