Associate Director
Christopher Cook focuses on providing HORAN’s clients with comprehensive wealth management services. These services include wealth management, financial planning, portfolio management and corporate retirement plan consulting. Chris has years of experience collaborating with HORAN’s team of internal experts. This experience allows him to coordinate financial strategies based on an individual’s needs and objectives. “Each client brings a unique investment perspective to the table. We work as a team to provide customized solutions that keep their goals and aspirations in mind. There is no one-size-fits-all option,” says Chris.
Chris specializes in managing investment portfolios for individuals. He regularly counsels his clients and other clients of the firm on their investment strategies, asset allocation and offers comprehensive investment advisory services. This allows Chris to focus on risk-adjusted returns and a long-term approach to investing.
He is currently a Level 1 candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program, a global, not-for-profit organization dedicated to developing and promoting the highest education, ethical, and professional standard in the investment industry.
In his previous role with HORAN, Chris served as an Investment Associate which provided him with experience in nearly every facet of the wealth management area. He gained extensive experience conducting portfolio analysis and research on individual client accounts. Chris serves on HORAN’s Internal Investment Committee to support the analysis of mutual funds, ETFs, and alternative investment strategies. The committee also discusses investment themes to compliment current macro economic conditions and ensure healthy risk-adjusted returns for HORAN’s clients.
