Vice President
Erik Freudenberg, Account Executive, is the Dayton market leader for HORAN. His primary focus is on sales and market development in Greater Dayton. Erik holds the Chartered Benefit Consultant designation (CBC) and is widely known as an expert in consumer-driven health, innovative plan designs, and creative funding strategies, providing numerous educational seminars to local and regional employee benefits and human resource professionals.
Previously, Erik served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Chard Snyder, a leading third-party administrator of employee benefits. Erik also has held positions as Public Relations Manager for Schaeffer’s Investment Research in Cincinnati; Director of Enrollment Services for Regent University’s School of Government in Virginia; and Senior Admissions Officer for the University of Cincinnati.
