Jennifer Baker, Manager, Client Services, actively supports the sale and service of investment accounts for individuals and small businesses.  She conducts research on customer inquiries, while providing excellent customer service and problem solving resolutions.  As the internal client service representative, Jennifer assists Tim Powell with the day-to-day office operations and manages their ongoing client relations.

In the financial services industry since 2007, Jennifer has managed 401(k) and fee-based retirement plans.  She utilizes her past experience to develop customized retirement plans and advises clients on investment options and rollover strategies.
