Julie Highley, Vice President and Chartered Benefit Consultant (CBC), specializes in delivering cost effective strategies to companies by analyzing existing coverage and providing needs analysis to uncover gaps in plan design. Julie aids in the product design phase and works with carriers to develop proprietary and discounted products that allow HORAN to deliver the most innovative products, competitive rates and best possible value.
By properly educating employers and employees on consumer driven awareness, Julie assists employers in placing decisions back in the employees’ hands to create an environment that promotes employee involvement in their healthcare decisions. Her 23 years of experience and responsibility to lead HORAN’s sales team positions Julie as an integral partner of the community.
