Karen Mueller, Executive Vice President and Partner, concentrates on new business opportunities and the corporate growth of HORAN. Motivated by finding solutions for industry, community, client and prospective client issues, Karen listens and creatively crafts responses to the challenges of today and the future.
As a Chartered Benefit Consultant (CBC), Karen is involved with numerous organizations that foster strategic alliances designed to engage professionals and create mutually beneficial partnerships. Her 26 years experience in the employee benefits industry has prepared Karen to serve as a valuable resource to others. As a lifelong resident of Butler County, Karen is well qualified and has a vested interest in leading one of HORAN’s initiatives, HealthShare, in Butler County.
HORAN is committed to the ongoing education of our clients and prospects. In 2007, Karen implemented a series of education programs to ensure our clients and employees are abreast of the latest industry topics and regulations. In addition to her leadership role, Karen is responsible for maintaining existing client relationships by providing smooth transition to her account management team and monitoring overall client satisfaction.
