Service Representative
Kristen Mumper, Account Representative and Chartered Benefit Consultant (CBC), joined HORAN in 2006. Kristen consults with clients who have 50-100 employees on benefit plan design and strategy. She also serves clients with 100-1,000+ employees by providing employee education, open enrollment meetings and claims resolution.
Kristen is the HORAN COBRA and HIPAA expert and serves as a resource to client HR departments as well as to her colleagues.
