Lesli Goins, Commissions and Licensing Accountant, has 24 years of accounting experience and is responsible for posting all commission statements and researching any discrepancies to verify the total commissions received is accurate for Horan Associates. Lesli monitors personnel licensing to ensure all licenses are current and requests for new state licenses have been applied. To promote internal communication, Lesli alerts the marketing department of new clients to HORAN each quarter.
