Marcia Ryan, Account Manager, manages large group accounts and assists clients in developing an employee benefits program that supports their overall business goals. Her knowledge and experience in self-funding allows her to help companies understand how they might benefit from a change in their funding strategy.
Involved in group health benefits since 1980, Marcia offers expert technical assistance with plan design, communication, compliance, and creative solutions to challenging issues. She endeavors to become an extension of her clients’ HR team. Through listening and assessing client needs she is able to offer strategic advice. Her operations background with two major insurance companies early in her career equips her to hold carriers and third party administators accountable to ensure they deliver quality service.
