Mary Ann Weber, Chief Operating Officer, joined HORAN in 2003 with over 35 years of accounting and management experience. As COO, she is responsible for firm operations, benefits administration, human resources and market development. Mary Ann provides continual support to the managing partners to ensure efficient communication and consistent customer service.Prior to Mary Ann’s association with HORAN, she managed the operations of a computer consulting firm that used the services of HORAN for their employee benefits. Mary Ann also acquired valuable management and human resource experience as owner and operator of her own business for four years.
