Account Executive
Nathan Decker, Account Executive, specializes in small, middle, and large market group relationships. As a Chartered Benefit Consultant (CBC), he evaluates clients’ current benefit plans and presents employers with cost containing solutions and an improved education plan for their employees.
His previous experience with HORAN as a Service Representative, and most recently as an Account Manager, has proved invaluable in understanding the needs of his clients. By properly educating employers and employees, Nathan assists employers create an environment that promotes employee involvement in their healthcare decisions.
In October 2009, Nathan received the Northeast Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce Rising Star award.
