With the Supreme Court expected to rule on the constitutionality of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) in June, the key question for employers is how to proceed? Will the Supreme Court issue a decision by June 25, 2012? If they do, what are the implications of Supreme Court rulings? What does it mean for businesses both short and long term?
