Customized employee benefits reports summarize what coverage is in place for each employee, as well as the corresponding costs for the coverage.
New Hire Packets
New Hire Packets are customized benefit summaries given to each new employee explaining the available benefits, in detail. Such items as important phone numbers and necessary forms are also included.
Employee Surveys
Our team can conduct surveys of any nature, from start to finish. We draft the survey, tabulate the results and provide an analysis. Some examples of surveys previously conducted are:
- To determine the overall benefit plan(s) satisfaction
- To determine interest in voluntary products
- To determine interest in health promotion activities
Employee Education
If an employee does not understand a benefit, it is not a benefit at all. Our team is available to provide education on:
- The use of a primary care physician
- Health, nutrition and how to access care
- The rules of how to work within a network
- Appropriate preventive guidelines
- Any related topic, specific to the needs of the employer
- High Deductible Health Plan
