Proactive Renewal Negotiations
Our employee benefits consultants begin the renewal process 90-120 days prior to a renewal by conducting pre-renewal strategy sessions. We commit to providing competitive quotes, along with options from your current carriers, 45-60 days (30-45 days for smaller companies) prior to the renewal. In some cases, the renewal analysis is available prior to that time. This allows sufficient time to carefully evaluate all options and implement changes, if necessary.
We can provide a quarterly report summarizing loss ratios for medical and dental experience for companies with more than 100 employees. By tracking the experience, we are better able to predict future renewals. This is also a valuable tool to evaluate the fairness of the rate presented by the insurance carriers.
