Goering Center Event Addresses Impact of Recent Tax Laws
                   Terence L. Horan to Speak on Panel of Experts

– March 22, 2011 The Goering Center for Family & Private Business recognizes Terence L. Horan, President and CEO of HORAN, as an expert “in sophisticated wealth accumulation and insurance planning strategies.” The Goering Center for Family & Private Business, at the University of Cincinnati, is a leading educational and informational resource center for family and closely held businesses.
 
Terry Horan will serve on a panel of experts at the March 22, 2011 Executive Luncheon Seminar. The panel will discuss how recent legislative and political changes resulting from The Tax Relief, Unemployment Insurance Reauthorization and Job Creation Act of 2010 will impact business, families, and individuals. The panel will also address questions such as:
  • Do any of the new laws, regulations, and rulings impact succession or family business planning?
  • Do I need to update or change my current estate planning documents?
  • Will there be a repeal of the Ohio estate tax? If so, then what?
