HORAN Hires Account Executive
Valerie Crow Jacobs Joins the Team
 
Cincinnati-based HORAN, a leading consultant in employee benefits and financial services, proudly welcomes Valerie Crow Jacobs as Account Executive.
 
Valerie specializes in middle-market and large group sales, specifically working with employers that have 50 to 3,000 employees.
 
“With a focus on prevention and wellness, Valerie is charged with implementing plans to enhance employee benefit programs that target improved health,” said Terry Horan, President and CEO. “Her proven ability to cultivate long-term client relationships and provide outstanding customer care make her an essential part of the HORAN team.”
  
Valerie works with companies to ensure that employees have a holistic understanding and appreciation of benefits so that employers may achieve their retention, productivity and cost containment goals. Valerie also is responsible for sales and new revenue growth for HORAN.

Prior to joining HORAN, Valerie was Account Executive at Sterling Buying Group. She educated Controllers and Vice Presidents of Finance on costs and workflow issues associated with merchant processing accounts, while actively evaluating and reducing those costs. She was recognized as a top sales performer three years in a row and also was able to maintain a 95% customer retention rate.
 
Valerie earned her Liberal Arts Degree from The University of Cincinnati. She is involved in the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the UC Alumni Group, and is an active member of the Mariemont School Board Foundation.
