HORAN Hires Vice President of Group Operations

Valerie Bogdan-Powers Joins the HORAN Team

Cincinnati, OH – Cincinnati-based HORAN, a leading consultant in employee benefits and financial services, is pleased to welcome Valerie Bogdan-Powers as the Vice President of Group Operations. Valerie will lead HORAN’s employee benefits team, developing customized solutions to meet the business goals and benefit objectives of our clients.

Valerie comes to HORAN with 20 years in sales and marketing at Procter & Gamble. Her experience in the pharmaceutical division provided comprehensive understanding of the interworkings of the health care system, including extensive collaboration with physicians, carriers and consumers. She plans to leverage this learning as she leads the HORAN Account Management team to exemplary client service.

Valerie is on the Finance and Strategy Committee of Mercy Health Partners, on the Corporate Relations Committee for The Healthcare Business Women’s Association, a member of the Harvard Club of Cincinnati, and a volunteer at Mariemont Elementary School.

Valerie earned B.A. in History from Harvard. She currently lives with her husband and two children in Mariemont.
