HORAN's Nathan Decker Selected for Leadership Northern Kentucky Class of 2012

Cincinnati, OH – HORAN’s Nathan Decker, CBC, has been selected to participate in this year’s Leadership Northern Kentucky Class of 2012.

The Northern Kentucky Leadership Foundation, a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, is a member-oriented resource dedicated to developing a diverse group of leaders who serve as catalysts for a stronger community. The Foundation is able to offer exceptional skills development and unparalleled exposure to the people, places and ideas that make our community a great place to live and work.

“We are proud to have a qualified leader such as Nathan in the program,” said Candace Klein, Chair, LNK Class of 2012.

Program graduates have the opportunity to become members of an organization that extends and deepens their experience, enhances their network and keeps them connected to community issues through a wide variety of professional and social opportunities.

Nathan specializes in small, middle, and large market group relationships at HORAN. As a Chartered Benefit Consultant (CBC), he evaluates clients’ current benefit plans and presents employers with cost containing solutions and an improved education plan for their employees. Nathan has worked with the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce in the past, serving on the Ambassador Committee. Nathan also serves on the Board of Directors for the Northeast Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce.
