HORAN's Erik Freudenberg Selected for Leadership Dayton Class of 2012

Cincinnati, OH – HORAN Account Executive Erik Freudenberg, CBC, has been selected for the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce’s Class of 2012.

Leadership Dayton, a program of the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce, is a premier leadership development program designed to identify, educate and motivate a network of community leaders and increase the individual’s capacity to serve the Dayton region. Selected participants learn through seminars, small work groups, panel discussions, direct interaction with community leaders and a variety of experiential activities.

Erik is the Dayton market leader for HORAN. Although Erik serves clients in Greater Cincinnati, his primary focus is on sales and market development in Greater Dayton. Erik holds the Chartered Benefit Consultant designation (CBC) and is widely known as an expert in consumer-driven health, innovative plan designs, and creative funding strategies, providing numerous educational seminars to local and regional employee benefits and human resource professionals.

Erik also serves on several boards including The American Heart Association (Dayton Region) and Dayton Public Radio, as well as several committees for the Dayton Chamber and the Dayton Development Coalition. “I look forward to collaborating with my Leadership Dayton classmates. Hopefully, together, we can further support and serve the Dayton community,” says Freudenberg.

Leadership Dayton is the fourth oldest continuously operating community leadership program in the United States.
