HORAN wins Cincinnati Business Courier’s Best Places to Work in the Large Company Category (100-249 employees). The winners were announced at an awards pep rally held Thursday, November 19 at Xavier University's Cintas Center.

“We’re so excited and honored to have our company win this award,” said Terry Horan President & CEO of HORAN. “We believe a large part of our success in meeting clients’ needs is our culture. We work hard every day to make the culture a great place to work. Our employees recognize that through their dedication, hard work ethic and enthusiasm to the work.”

“We are committed to continuous improvement, to keep learning from our team and to grow as we strive to deliver outstanding solutions to our clients. We want to constantly improve because we believe that is how we will grow and continue to provide outstanding service and value to our clients.”

HORAN is also the only company to be a winner twice in two separate categories – 2009 with Medium Size Businesses with the then 70 employees and this year in the Large Business Category (100-249 employees).  Additionally, HORAN is the only company to be a Finalist seven years in a row.

Even more amazing than achieving these incredible feats is that during the past seven years (2009-2015) HORAN has almost doubled in size and added two additional offices in Dayton and Northern Kentucky. Now the company boasts over 120 employees.

“We look forward to a very bright future at HORAN,” said Horan.

The Business Courier’s annual "Greater Cincinnati Best Places to Work" chooses winners based on the results of anonymous surveys completed by employees. The 37-question survey measures employee trust in management and coworkers, the company’s commitment to professional development, and employee satisfaction with compensation and benefits. Results were analyzed by an independent research company to determine winners in four categories based on company size. This year’s Greater Cincinnati Best Places to Work competition was open to any company based in the 15-county Greater Cincinnati region.
